Highland's 488 dispenser for the clinical setting converts a standard, disposable hand-pump dispenser to a foot-operated dispenser with complete ease. Using the time-tested and patented Highland foot-pump dispensing system, this unique design depresses the hand-pump in a completely hands-free way.

Depression of the foot pedal exerts air pressure against the hand-pump by means of a plunger integrated into the 488 design. As with all Highland foot-operated dispensers, air from the foot pedal never comes in contact with the product being dispensed.
